Z vs S in Search Results

I have a new client who just purchased the domain name "growerzwarehouse.com". What sort of issues will he face when trying to capture 'growers' queries as opposed to "growerz" queries?  Does this make sense?

Thanks!

Tim

Hi @Tim H,

There will be a diminished showing for the term growers, but not a complete loss. The level of loss will be determined by the content copy, coding and structural makeup of the website... and the competitors in the search market... and to what degree other websites are present that use the correct spelling. If there is another spelled correctly with an "s" instead of the "z"... the loss could be severe, since it could be deemed a spoofed domain (which many scammers use misspelled domains for).

They will want to be real careful in how they conduct business online considering all of the above factors.

Kind Regards,

James
