Agencies have always followed their own path when it came to ''how'' they bill for campaign management & optimization. In the beginning marketers mostly adopted the 15% to 30% fees with one time campaign build charges. Today we see many agencies converting to performance billing or at least with their larger clients. How does your agency structure campaign management? How do you feel about performance billing?

I think that if the client is fully aware of the performance billing and plateaux, then it's helping both parties to do it.
