For my team it's dependability.  We have a lot of demanding clients.  Missing a deadline is rather serious and it's the main reason we've loss clients.  I expect team members to speak up if they are not able to meet a deadline.  And ask for help if it's too much work.

I think the biggest key to success for our team is a project management system.  We use a simple task mgmt system to track our clients and projects.  This helps keep the "dependability" factor.  

 

Zero of our employees need oversight.  They all work independently and deliver on time.  We are very fortunate.
