Maps -vs- My Business

I am having difficulty trying to understand how to "Publish" both of the locations for my business through Google.

I currently have one location listed (or "published") through google My Business and I'm trying to get the other listed. When I try to manage the location I constantly get a message saying "This location is a duplicate of a location that's already on Google". First of all what is the issue and how do I correct it?

When I look up your business name, I see two listings come up, both at 3003 South Highway 77, Suite D, one with no reviews and one with several. If I was to hazard a guess, I'd bet you had the multi-review profile listed at 10720 Hutchison Boulevard for a while, and then it moved to 3003 South Highway. It still pulls up when I do a search for

My Massage Clinic 10720 Hutchison Boulevard, so it's associated with that address somehow.

What I'd suggest, is to contact Google's support on Twitter, tell them to merge the listing with CID 11040565174315621197 with the listing that has a CID of 3635359082901790030. Tell them you have a second location at 10720 Hutchison Boulevard, Suite B that is incorrectly marked as a duplicate. Hopefully you'll be able to get everything straightened out that way.

Thanks for the information. However, we do not have a Twitter account for
this business. Is there another way to contact Google Support (email.
facebook, etc.) to have them try what you suggested to correct this issue?

@My Massage C and sorry for chiming in @james w

figured out an other pair of "duplicates"

Please just take a look onto this screenshot to see waht I mean:

Screenshot 2017-07-06 at 21.35.55.png

Of course we all three know both above listings in the screenshot refer to the same physical locaton. - but they are nevertheless duplicates

Note the first one refers to this unverified listing: https://goo.gl/maps/HTNGyKNQ5H42

whie the other one refers  to a verified listing and this one is managed by an google account based on verified by mm…@…. (its not GMail account)

Now my one millon dollar question: is  mm…@… the account where @My Massage C is trying to manage his two listings as provided in his starting post here?

Yes, we are trying to verify two different business address locations that I own.

3003 South Highway 77, Suite D AND 10720 Hutchison Boulevard .....

I understand there are two different CID listings but do we need to combine them together under one business name (My Massage Clinic ... which is my business) or what can we do?

You don't need a branded twitter account, you can even create a burner account that you only use to reach out to Google support. You can contact by phone or Facebook as well, though be warned: phone support is a crap shoot these days.

Google support contact methods:

Talk to a specialist

Facebook

Twitter
