@Hussam I If this is still an issue for you then I recommend getting in touch with GMB support to ask for help in getting verified:
1- log into your Google my business dashboard http://www.google.com/mybusiness
2- click on the hamburger menu icon at the top left and open “Support”. You will see a help panel with popular articles.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the help panel and click on 'Need more help?"
4. Click on Verification and then the appropriate problem.

@Jessica E you need to go with the verification option provided by Google. If that is via postcard then you need to use that.

@Jessica E If you have been waiting more then 14 days for a postcard then I recommend getting in touch with GMB support to ask for help in getting verified:
1- log into your Google my business dashboard http://www.google.com/mybusiness
