I don't know who this company is and why do they have access to control my business? I called them 3-4 times, they said it will be remove in 2 weeks, it's been 3 months and they still haven't release it. please help.

Hey Kurt,

Have you ever had a website through Hibu or Yellowpages? My understanding is Hibu, YP, and DexYP are all the same. I know DexYP just bought Hibu. If so you might have also agreed to have them manage your local listings online. Looking at a Yelp listing for your business I found the URL http://paradisenailsnc.com/ which isn't an active site. However, taking a look on the wayback machine this domain used to have a site that was powered by Hibu.

The reason you're unable to appeal the rejection is that Hibu's account type won't allow for it. Your best bet is to call Hibu or send them an email to listingsupport@hibu.com asking for ownership to be transferred to you. In my experience, contacting Hibu by email is the best way to have them invite you to your listing, just be sure to ask for ownership or they'll only invite you as a manager. Hibu also uses software that will reset any changes or edits you make to the listing to the settings they've put into the software on their end. Because of that software, you'll have to remove them entirely to be able to make any corrections if your listing info is incorrect.

If all else fails, GMB support can help you as well. I do recommend emailing Hibu directly though, it usually gets resolved within 3 business days.

I called Hibu 4-5 times in past 3 months, also email them, they won't release it and they kept transferring me to somebody else going around then circle. Please help.
