Address Verification Issues[ Edited ]

After finally receiving the verification postcard for a Client location, GMB says their is an address conflict. They don't say what this conflict is and they are the only business at that exact address with nothing else listed in Maps for that address. We now can't verify that location unless we reconfirm the location but it won't let us confirm the address they are at. Phone verification at their location is a problem because of their auto-prompt and prior attempts to do email verification with their Info@ email doesn't seem to work. Is there any other way that I can confirm this without dealing with yet another postcard?
EDIT: After 3 hours of GMB not letting us verify, it decided to unlock itself and accept the verification code for no apparent reason.
