My ad was disapproved due to lack of content on my website.

I have added the necessary content to my website as required by Adwords Express and can't find how to get reviewed so my ad will be approved.

If this is a relatively new account, the fastest way to get things rolling is to click on the (?) icon in the upper right of your account while logged in.  Use the CHAT option to get support online to initiate a review.
