Hello,

I need some help. I keep getting a disapproval notice about the destination link in Adwords and I do not understand why. Here is the link to destination page I am linking to in the ad: https://ellispiano.com/huge-used-piano-sale/-2017-02-13/. Also below is the notice google sent me below. I really need some help and would love some input.

Hello,

Your ad isn't running right now because it's disapproved for violating Google's advertising policies. If you address the policy violations below, we'll take a look and see if it can start running again.

=====================
  Policy violations
=====================
Destination not working: To help make sure that our ads are relevant, useful, and easy to interact with, we don't allow ads to link to broken webpages. For example, your landing page can't return an error code beginning with a 4 or a 5 (such as a 404 error). To run your ad, please make sure that you entered the right destination URL and that your site works properly for all browsers, across all locations.

See the policy to learn how to fix your ad: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6368661#673

=====================
  What you can do
=====================

Sign in to AdWords Express at
https://adwords.google.com/express to fix your ad. For instructions, visit our help center: https://support.google.com/adwords/express/answer/6010162

Please don't submit your ad for review until you're sure that you fixed all the violations. This is important because if your ad repeatedly violates our advertising policies, your AdWords Express account could be suspended so that your ads would no longer run.

=====================
  What happens next
=====================

Your ad will be automatically sent to us for review when you address the policy violations. We'll review it as soon as we can -- most ads are reviewed within 1 business day, but some can take longer if they require more complex review.

Sincerely,
AdWords Express Team

Hi @David L,

The link you provide does work and with no redirects or issues. You can click on the ad to edit it and then click save (without any edits) and this will submit the ad for approval. It's likely that the webpage took too long to load (could just be a server glitch) or something else happened at the time of the Google AdBot attempting to crawl the website.

Kind Regards,

James
