Flagging Not Effective

In reference to:

Zephyrhills High School
6335 12th St, Zephyrhills, FL

Someone left a review about the school several months ago. It was written by someone named Hitler, and it is hate speech.

A sample from the review is, "I especially enjoyed the bi-weekly Jew bonfires."

Many parents, including myself, and school administration have all taken turns reporting this review over a period of months. Nothing has happened. It is just sitting there spreading hate speech to anyone that searches the school.

Why has Google ignored our reports? What can we do to get someone to take this seriously?

I am amazed that this has been left standing. It makes me take any of Google's reviews with a grain of salt.

This user has left hate speech type reviews on many other locations as well.

This is disgusting. I'm sure Helmut's escalation will get rid of this guy
but I am curious, how long ago did you flag them?

We first flagged it about the time that it appeared, around 5 months ago. My daughter and some of her friends flagged it the same day. About a month after it did not come down, I emailed the principal, who also flagged it. I know several other parents, students, and teachers flagged it in the following months. We were all pretty surprised when it did not come down.

Wow. I am too. Well you did the right thing reporting it here. I think it
will be gone shortly.

A.H is dead and I hope will remain dead for ever!

Google took appropriate action - thanks for reporting this egregious case.

Thank you! I'm happy to finally have that taken care of. I'm sure the other companies he hit will be glad to notice his stuff gone too.

Google just allow anyone to set up a fake account & review businesses & places like yours with impunity.

We have 2 genuine reviews of our 3 places pages & 4 fake ones which are just fake names, no account activity & 1 star reviews of our business.

Nothing ever seems to be done about anything that's flagged. I flagged all of ours but after a year still nothing is done. We have been in business for 5 years...have a great range of clients & yet anyone can come along & spam you with fake reviews.

We did have problems getting them removed through flagging, but when I reported the problem here, they took care of it right away. I would suggest trying this route. It was quite effective for us. Just include as much information as you can to help make it easy for them to find. I'm pretty sure this is a group of volunteers, so be good to them! :-)
