Fake listings

The following 2 listings on Google maps are fake listings. Although they are different names with different forwarding phone numbers, they go to another locksmith called 1st Watch Locksmith, which is not listed on GMB but is listed as such in Apple maps. The listings of Integrity Locksmith and Dependable Locksmith should be removed as they are not real listings but fake duplicates. These all get forwarded to the same person at 1st Watch Locksmith, which is a registered UT business. When you look at the photos of both Integrity and Dependable, they have the same photo of the business owner just like on the 1st Watch Locksmith listing.

Just found another one in a neighboring city called Mr Locksmith. They also have a review that states 1st Watch Locksmith and they have a similar google website with the city name and the Phone is transferred to the same guy.

I don't hide the fact that I am affliated with ARCO Lock as demonstrated in other posts. I am not affiliated with Mile High Locksmith. ARCO Lock has one listing and we play by the rules. We operate in UT and AZ and have 1 listing for each location in each state. I never thought that the actual policy breaker would post a comment on my post. As a service based business with no retail locations, you are only allowed one business listing with your service area defined. One single business cannot operate with multiple DBA names and multiple listings.

I am going to ask Google to investigate these listings to determine if they do in fact belong or if they need to be removed.

@Jordan P in order to help your case and prove that these listings are legitimate, please supply copies of your licenses and photos with signage of your locations. If the listing get suspended, Google will require it to get the suspensions lifted.

Hey Adam,

I heard back from Google yesterday and the reported listings have been removed for policy violations.

If that solves your issue, please mark this thread as resolved.
