Looks like they're both claimed. Do you have access to the second one?

@Scott Rawlins is leading you down the right path.

You should have the listing you want to keep in GMB. The other listing should be unclaimed. Once that is true then you can reach out to support and request a merge.

Ben,

Apparently the photo obscured most of my message.
This is a duplicate, spam listing I previously flagged on maps.
There are TWO listings, the only difference in the name is a "." at the end (Check the photo above and notice the arrow pointing to it. That pic is from Google maps showing both.)
One listing does not have an address listed, the other is, "No address listed, Toledo OH"
I just made an edit on maps re the name, so at this moment the names of each may be the same.

Not resolved - apparently there's a confusion.
This is NOT my listing, I am reporting a duplicate spam listing. I tried to
have this resolved on Maps with edit feature, TWICE and was not addressed.
Here is the relevant information:

Business Listing: ToledoPhotoGuy LLC
Address: "No address listing, Toledo OH
Ph: 419-320-7835

Map url
https://www.google.com/maps/place/ToledoPhotoGuy+LLC/@41.6506273,-83.709285,13z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m8!1m...

And:
https://www.google.com/maps/search/ToledoPhotoGuy+LLC
.,+Toledo,+OH/@41.6508576,-83.81435,11z/data=!3m1!4b1

Thanks,

Len F

@Len F I cannot escalate this unless I understand this a little more.

1. Are you saying the on that says no address listing is a duplicate that is NOT in your Google My Business dashboard?

1.1 If you do not have control over this that you should go through the process of requesting ownership. https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Go-To-Guides/How-to-request-ownership-of-a-business-locati...

2. If you do have ownership of the second listing then you can unverify it and request a merge.

Once you have claimed ownership, then you can un-verify it and request Google to merge the two listings.

Thanks for responding. OK, obviously my communication is horrific. Let me try it a 4th time.
THIS IS A REPORT OF A SPAM LISTING
1) This is NOT my listing or business

2) Please read #1 again...this is NOT, I repeat...NOT my listing

3) This is a SPAM listing with intentional DUPLICATE listings
4) I have gone to Maps ===> Edit, TWICE, TWO times. It was not resolved.

5) One business is listed as ToledoPhotoGuy LLC

6) The other listing (for the same business) is: ToledoPhotoGuy.LLC

Notice the: ToledoPhotoGuy (dot) LLC  that's how it got thru

7) On another attempt in Maps edit, I deleted the (dot) so they are (last time I checked) the same

8) The address is NOT specificed (please, please, PLEASE look at the LINK I provided above...CRYSTAL CLEAR!

Here's the link. again:https://www.google.com/maps/search/ToledoPhotoGuy+LLC
One address is listed and one states:  "no address provided, Toledo, OH 43614"

The other simply says: "Toledo, OH 43614"

So, for further clarification: This is NOT my listing. It is an INTENTIONALLY CREATED DUPLICATE LISTING

This is easily viewed and confirmed on the Maps link provided above.

Hopefully, this is clear enough to make sense. Thanks

Ok, then the point I made in 1.1 is valid. You need to request ownership of this listing, here is how you do this.

https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Go-To-Guides/How-to-request-ownership-of-a-business-locati...

This will take 7 days, during the process whoever owns the listing can approve or deny.

Once the request for ownership is complete, then you document the information and remove it from your dashboard and then request Google to, merge the two listings.

If it is denied follow the instruction in the email you receive.
