Add perpetually inactive.

Greetings.

I set my add up about a month ago, yet every time I check it is inactive. Can someone tell me why? Could it be my site? Ive given up on using a website and just today set up a Google business site. Is there a checklist of requirements for the website?

I got a message on the Adwords app about half an hour ago saying my add is now activated, but when I just looked it says my add is inactive. This is really frustrating.

Hi,

 

If you have more than one ad, the alert could be for a specific ad... whereas other ads are active.

 

I would suggest contacting AdWords Express/AdWords Support so they can access your account with you and take a look. Call 1-866-246-6453 Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (EST).

 

As for the website requirements, editorial, destination experience and all policies have to be met.
