Sorry Liz but there's no answer for that. It depends on the vertical/market as well as the advertisers bid, ad rank and quality scores.

Even if me and you were targeting the same sites, it's likely that our CPMs would be vastly different. It's a complicated mix of many variables.

There is no approximation. It can range from a few cents to hundreds of dollars depending on MANY factors. I wouldn't really consider that an approximation.

Sorry Dave_Davis, not to be annoying, but there is always an average. We may not know what that is, but it's a mathematical fact that, where there are numbers, there are averages.
