"only showing ad word occasionally because of budget"?
My keyword statuses have almost all changed to this status. I have recently increased my daily butget by 50% (to $30/day) but I have also added a lot more ad groups and a lot of new keywords. Does adding a ton of new keywords end up diluting the value of each one too much at some point? Is it bad to have all the kewords saying they are not showing (or showing only occasionally)? What should I be doing? And how do I test the new keywords if I can't add a bunch? Help! :-)

Let's say your CPC bid is $10 with a daily budget of $30. In order to show your ad for that keyword, they could reasonably show the ad 4 times at once. If all 4 click, you have exceeded the over-delivery of 20%.
