"Google Insights for Search" I get "An error has been detected" - what gives?

Every time - in the last several months - when I have tried to go to Google Insights for Search after entering a search term like "hot chocolate" I get an error message that reads "An error has been detected

Why is this happening because I have tried this several times during the day/night and I still get the same message.  Can someone explain how I can use the Google Insights for Search?
