Hi Marina,

First of all, I would suggest you to remove Cust ID and Email ID from your post as it is something that must be confidential.

Now come to your points, to improve your results I would suggest you to perform following things:

  1. structure your campaign neatly and tightly themed.
  2. Ad closely relevant keywords in an adgroup. Make different adgroups for different set of tightly relevant keywords.
  3. Use proper Keywords Match Types such as Braod Match, Broad Modified, Phrase Match, and Exact Match.
  4. Make sure to have separate campaigns for Search Networks and Display Networks.
  5. Use conversion tracking to analyse your performance.
  6. Keep regular eyes on keywords search term report.
  7. Try to improve QS, CTR, Landing Page, and write more appealing ads with click-to-call action words like buy here, get now, etc.

I think at initial level these may help you a lot, and once you spent few time on AdWords, you'll learn your self-optimization techniques.

Thanks!

Anand Vishwakarma

Use the same link to get to your original post and then select Delete from the drop-down menu.

There's no need to delete it unless you want to--editing it to remove the confidential data is enough.
