Dear Sir (Adrian) / (Moshe)

Pl give me advice for the following :

As per you i have added [X] in my ad group.

I got following for "X"

Clicks        Imp.       CTR        Avg. CPC   Cost          Avg. pos.

9 125 7.20% Rs.35.56 Rs.320.08 2.7

For [X]

2 98 2.04% Rs.22.39 Rs.44.78 3.5

Hello Jeewan,

Although this question is not for me i hope you dont mind jumping me in.

Your CTR is not impressive as your keyword position around 3.5. Increase your bid and get top position. also check the search terms for phrase match keywords. if your exact match is triggering for phrase keyword due to ad rank? if yes please increase the bid value for exact match keyword or you can add this exact keyword as exact negative at ad group level if your phrase keyword in different ad group. If both keywords in same ad group bid more for exact than phrase.

Regards,
Satya

Although this question is not for me but please dont mind .

As you are getting 9 clicks for phrase match...but there can be clicks from unwanted search terms as it is phrase match...it may have got clicks from reviews,complaints...

As Exact Match is getting 2 clicks.. but these would be relevant user clicks...

So According to me go to search term report..check out what people are searching.....add some negative keywords....then raise your bid slightly for exact match....
