Hi. Such a change in results can be down to many things.
Were there any Keyword changes? What was the quality score of keywords before and now?
How long have you been running the Ad for?

My guess would be that the new schedule time is not when people are clicking your ad. I would say that even if you get more clicks between 11am-2pm, you may get better results from 4pm-6pm.
You also want to see what the user does after the click, if they look at more pages at different times. These people usually have more intention to buy than the people just checking a website.
Use your google analytics to check your data more.

Try to run more than 1 campaign at a time to see what times work best for you. Best way to see what makes a difference to traffic.

Hi Jason

After a carefully cross data analysis between CTR, Clicks and real conversions (enquiries).

The quantity of clicks rarely corresponds to conversions. I fixed it.

Thank you
