Is there any kind of site map from state to state to see the areas available for increasing bids according to income level?

Is there a minumum radius or population threshold that has to be met or will all areas be available(cities counties , zipcodes)

Hello David,

No there is no such site map according to income level.
You have to figure this out yourself once your account gets good volume of performance data.
Within Adwords Geographic & Location report will tell you from which area most of the customer approaching.

Minimum radius you can target around a place is 1KM or 1Mile. There are very few locations (usually of very small area) those you do not find for targeting. In that case you need to choose a location that is near by and recognized by Google/Adwords.

This is a very useful link to look up all available placed to target worldwide.

If you want to see the raw data Google relies on, for household income (in demographic targeting) - check it on the "US cencus bureau".
