i am thinking of putting Live Chat on my landing pages, i would like to know if anyone has any experience with using any live chat programs and if its against google policies.
There is no problem from an AdWords policy perspective in using live chat on your landing pages.
From first hand experience I can say that live chat can be effective depending on the service / product being offered. It's not just the ability to ask questions or make enquiries but also can reassure potential customers that they are dealing with a real working business.
