improving Brand

Hi Guys,

I have a bit of a brand issue, year on year our brand performance has gotten worse, the increase of aggregators bidding on our brand terms has seen clicks fall and our conversion half. Any recommendations on how i can boost performance? I have tested new copy and have used expanded site links but this has not had any real impact.

cheers

Jonny

Hello Jonny,

Did you by chance tried Google Display Network Campaign?

This network helps in building brand name across Google's Display Network, where the users are continuously browsing through different websites based on their interest level.

I could also think of advanced strategy where you can re-target your audiences with a technique called Remarketing. Read more about this concept in these references:- http://support.google.com/adwords/topic/1713923?hl=en

Hope that helps!

Hi Pankaj,

Yes we have a remarketing campaign live at the moment, its working reasonably well but by its very essence i guess your not prospecting new customers, just re-targeting those who have already engaged with our brand to some extent.

I am currently just putting live a display campaign so hopefully this will give us a boost.

thanks

Jonny
