Hi,

 

If your ads are running then you can see the data(clicks, impressions and more) in the AdWords UI.

 

If these are text ads on the search network, you can use the Ad preview and diagnosis tool to check the real time status of the ads(selecting particular location, language and corresponding Google domain.)

You should definitely use the tool, because many times they will not show on your screen, but will show for users in other locations.
