Hello,

It looks like your question is more inclined towards Double Click for Search. There is a dedicated forum for Double click for publishers. This is the link: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/dfp

I would suggest you to re-post it over there for more insights.

Hi Koppuravuri,
You're talking about your AdWords Campaigns underpacing correct? If so, here are some ideas for improving the pacing of your Campaigns -

  1. Add additional Keywords - targeting new Keywords will give you a wider Reach and more Impressions.
  2. Increase your CPC Bids - increasing your CPC Bids should allow you to appear in higher positions in the AdWords results, which should lead to more Clicks.  Make sure your Max CPC Bids are at least equal or higher than your Estimated First Page Bids.
  3. Test New Ad Copy - testing new Ad Copy could lead to increased CTR which could would lead to increased Clicks
  4. Evaluate Network Targeting - besides just Google Search, opt into the Google Search Partner Network.
  5. Opt into the Google Display Network - via the GDN, you can extend your Reach and reach targeted users based on different targeting strategies.  If you're already on the GDN, test targeting new audiences.
  6. Increase Mobile Bid Adjustments - There are fewer Ad slots on mobile devices, make sure your Bids are competitive to appear on the first page of mobile search results.
