Hi,

Have you tried running a search query report, it could be that your are driving irrelevant traffic through to your site, hence the high bounce rate. What match types are you using?

Once you have ruled this out it could be worth running a campaign experiment and testing other landing pages?

Kuldeep,

Bounce rates can be very confusing metric at times.
It is defined as:
Bounce Rate is the percentage of single-page sessions (i.e. sessions in which the person left your site from the entrance page without interacting with the page).

There is a write up about the Bounce Behavior Here:
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1009409?hl=en

You can make changes to your website or you could adjust the "Bounce Rate calculation" as discussed here:
Tracking Adjusted Bounce Rate In Google Analytics

I would suggest you look at some other metrics such as "Matched Search Query report", CTR's, ROI, Goal Conversions, Phone Tracking also to determine if you are in sync with your campaigns and website offers

Are you tracking goal conversions. tracking phone call conversions? Are you getting a ROAS ( return on Ad Spend) Or Positive ROI ( return on investment) from the current campaigns, landing pages and Ads?

At the end of the day ROI is the true definitive measure of success.
