Depends what you mean by "exact" conversions ( I assume you mean conversions).
A conversion is said to happen when a user clicks on your ad leads which results in a behavior that's valuable or has been defined or decided upon by you. Examples would be a sucessful transaction such as a purchase from your site, a newsletter sign-up, a potential customers details resulting in a lead, the simple view of a certain page, or a download of something from your website. You decide what action should count as a conversion for your business. It is usually a sucessfull use of your decided Call(s) to Action.
