Using AdWords to build back-links is probably not a good idea. And you are better off with no back links than with bad ones. Build then organically and you will see better results.

Hi Vinay,

 

Adwords Ads are no follow links anyways, so you won't get any SEO benefit from them. You also should never buy links, Google has a very strict policy about that. (advertising is not treated the same way)
