Your keyword isn't triggering ads to appear on Google right now due to low Ad Rank.

why can't I bid on low price? Suggested bid is null

Your ads must meet a minimal ad rank to show on first page.
Go to keywords tab, select keywords then click Edit > "Change max. CPC bids" and choose "Raise to estimated first page bid".
You can also modify columns and add "Est. first page bid" column to your report to see estimated minimum bid to show your ads on first page.

We are having the same issue...We can tell ads are running and getting clicks/impressions, however, we see the same thing you are no matter what we do.  If we somehow found out the issue....We will let you know.
