Will renaming a landing page's file name lower quality score?

Hi, I'm wondering what will happen to a site's/campaigns score if the landing page a campaign is directed to is renamed.  For example, if a page were to change from mylandingpage.html to /mylandingpage/[index.html] or mylandingpage.php, (but on the same domain, with the same content), would that destroy the current score?
