Why is bid simulator not showing estimated clicks column?

I'm starting to learn how to take advantage of bid simulator tool. I see the tool available for some ad groups and some keywords in my search network campaign. However, when I click the bid simulator tool icon near the keyword or near the whole ad group I see only "estimated impr." and "estimated top impr." columns.

Why columns like "estimated clicks", "estimated cost" or "ICC" are not displayed?

Take a look at this thread reference image no.2 and no.3 to see what I mean: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/AdWords/thread?tid=49eaf68961c33c91&hl=en

My campaign is running on manual CPC bidding.

Greetings

Greg

Hi Gaks;

The only reasons, I might think of, are that the campaign is relatively new, and there is not enough data, or your campaign continuously reaches its daily budget limit. (Spending all daily budget, somehow, "confuses" the system estimations.)

Read more, in the following help article, on the limitations of the bid simulator.
