Hello,

This is English Adwords Community. I think what you are looking for is a Spanish communication. It would be better if you can post this over Adwords Spanish Community and the members over there will help you out. This is the link: https://www.es.adwords-community.com/

Hello,

Google looks for just more than text on a web page when it determines the quality score. It doesn't depend on the amount of time your ad is running, since new campaigns or ad groups has no history.

The successfully method is you should make sure if your set of keywords are relevant with your ads and your ads are relevant with your landing page.
Cheers!
