What's your mobile bid adjustment set at?

Our conversion rate in PPC is .78% mobile vs 1.78% desktop. We currently have mobile bid down -50% and still have a large amount of traffic to mobile vs desktop based on the bids. We have desktop -5%

I would like more traffic to desktop even though the CPC cost more so I am just wondering what some others have it set at?

We are an e-commerce site/

Hi Gavin,

Honestly, there are no hard and fast rules to look at the bid adjustment value. If your ecommerce website is built for all users (laptops+tabs+mobiles), you should reach out to all the users across different devices. But certainly you can tweak the campaigns based on how they are performing for desktops vs. mobiles vs. tablets.

Based on your comments, my suggestion would be to reduce the bids for mobiles further and emphasize more across other devices to attract relevant traffic. Work on your website to make it more user friendly for mobile devices and then expand your reach.
