Hello @neo d

This is broad match type keyword, however property would be treated as broad modifier.

Hi Neo,

That seems like a partial broad match modifier keyword. Just that the ' symbol is not needed. You are advised to go thru the help page linked-to below, very thoroughly.

Hi Neo,

Here + refers to the modified broad keyword match type. In this keyword match type, the ads will trigger only when all the terms with + are included in the user's query irrespective of the order.

Though it is not implemented correctly in this example. The correct one can be +property +gurgaon

Edit: Already the great suggestions are here which I have noticed after posting the comment.

Hi @Archit,

Just look at "How to add a modifier to an existing broad match keyword" on https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/7042511. Step #5 reads as follows: "Add the plus sign (+) prefix to any word(s) you want to include as required terms." That sentence is telling us that it is sufficient to add just one + symbol to a broad match keyword so that it becomes a BMM.

+enamel +baths
+enamel bath
enamel +bath

The above 3 keywords are 3 different BMMs, though only one of them is "complete". If you add them to any ad group they will be listed as separate keywords and accrue stats as such. Not that it is a very practical issue .... Smiley Happy
