Traffic Estimates with Negatives

My client wants trafiic estimates for new keywords but he also has a list of negatives that has to be kept in mind so that he gets a better picture of how much he might spend.

Is there any way we can do that in the traffic estimator or if there is a work around.

In the Keyword Tool you can actually Exclude Terms. The image below should point you in the correct direction -
