Tool for tracking changes and checking back later?

Hi,

A small group of us optimize AdWords campaigns. We need a tool where we can enter the changes we make, and be reminded later to check back and see the results of the changes we make.

Anybody know of a good tool for doing this? Thanks!

Hi Greg,

I don't at the moment. Annotations (similar to what we have in Analytics) is something that many of us have suggested for a long time. Now, as you probably know, there is a change history that you can reference in the account. As far as reminders, you could use some sort of shared calendar perhaps...

Some people just create journals of changes, an easy way to not only track high level changes in a timeline but also a way to add context to the changes.

Thanks Tommy!

The journal idea sounds good, especially a google sheet that can be shared
and have a column to check "Done." Maybe even a column to indicate how
successful the change was.
