I'm having the same problem... am chatting with Google about it but no resolution yet. It appears to be account specific, other accounts in the same building are not seeing the problem.

I'm still not getting any joy - my account is also not allowing me forecasts anywhere, even if I'm just trying to add keywords to a new Ad group (I get an internal error message).

I am having the same problem. Google's UK-based help desk seems incapable of offering advice beyond telling me it works on their screens, 'try again in 24-48 hours', and telling me that I don't really need this tool anyway - the others should suffice.
