The campaign is enabled but it is not running

Hi there,  I am Omprakash from Neodots Creation. On 20th October, we started a adwords campaign for our App House on Tree Escape. The campaign is enabled but it is not running. Kindly help us out.   Thanks and regards, Omprakash

Hello Omprakash,

Though it it enabled.
1st:
check the status of the ads whether they are just eligible, under review, approved(limited), disapproved.
In some situation even if the ads are approved, still your account could be under review which takes 2-3 business days.
As mentioned you enabled on 20th so there is no change that it is under review so far. So, might be its a case of ads disapproval. And if it like so you might have received an email regarding this.
2nd:
Geographic and long tail keywords(with no searches)
If everything is fine with the approval. then check your ads with ad preview and diagnosis tool.

Hey Omprakash, how are you?

In addition to what Archit said, you can reach your "Ads" tab and check the "chat icon" that appears at the column "Status" of each Ad. Usually this icon shows you the reason in case your campaigns/ads/wathever is not running.
