Hi Community Member's,

For some of my campaigns Tablet Devices are only eating up money without giving conversions, so is there any way by which I can restrict those audiences or reduce the bids for Tablet Devices. In Enhanced Campaign settings I know it is not available but still if anybody have tried ti do it, please let me know.

Thanks,

Anurag

Hi Anurag

Unfortunately, you can't exclude tablets any how in enhanced campaigns but i have one suggestion for your in order to have better performance over the tablets. Make your website design responsive which will adjust itself as per the user's device. This will led to a better user experience which will result in better for tablets as well.

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no such setting to exclude tablets. However now you can see the column "Estimated conversions" , maybe you are already recording some cross-device conversions.

Some other good advice about this issue are the answer 2 from here :

Hi Anurag,

I think Abhishek nailed down the answer pretty well. Smiley Very Happy

But in addition to this answer i would like to put my two words as well. One of my clients website was not Tablet friendly so i encouraged him to make one. After making the website tablet friendly the results were really good.

Here is a snap shot that you might be interested in looking into.

Hope this will encourage you somewhere Smiley Happy

Anurag, there can be lot of factors that can have a adverse on campaigns performance resulting in low conversions or none at all.

Can you shed some more info like what actually problem you are facing ?
Is it High CPA, low Conversions, No ROI, Issues with Low Clicks, etc

* What services you are providing in UAE, Middle East ?
* Is your campaigns (targeting the above geo) are well structured in terms of Adgrouping, keywords ?

Provide us with some more info community people will be glad to help you.

Hi Anurag,

Good news! AdWords Bid adjustments are rolling out for all devices! I've noticed tablet bid adjustments on some of my accounts starting today.

You may find this article about device bid adjustments helpful: http://searchengineland.com/use-device-bid-adjustments-straight-google-254380.
