Sudden Extreme Drop in Clicks and Impressions

I'm seeing a bizarre sudden drop in clicks and impressions at 12/17 on this landing page. Then, at 1/7, again a very strange and sudden increase followed by a strange drop off 5 days afterwards. Could someone help me understand why this is happening and how we can fix it, please? The graph shows dates Dec 4 – Feb 5. Thank you!Screen Shot 2016-02-08 at 1.19.26 PM.png

if the chart is related to paid advertising then,
the best likely course would be to contact

details on your behalf; rather than creating

Hello Erica! Did you or someone else who has access to the account make any major changes around those dates where the drop (and later the short increase) happened? You can look this up in the "change history."

Hi Connie, thank you for the quick reply! I'll look into the possibility of changes further with others who have access to the account. In the meantime, how do I get to and/or access the "change history" for the site in the search console?

Hello Erica,

The "change history" can only be accessed in the AdWords account under, for example, the campaigns tab. Which system are you using, if you don't have access to the AdWords account?

Ah, we don't use the Adwords account at this time, though I do have access to it. We currently use Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools Search Console. When I go to the Adwords account, I'm prompted with creating "my first campaign", which I'm not sure is the right thing to do?
