Hi All,

How would I estimate my CPA from just my CPC?

Hi Kostas,

Avg CPC means the average amount you pay for a click. The formula for the calculation of the CPA value is this:

CPA = Avg CPC / CR

where CR is the so-called Conversion Rate. It is a metric that shows how many percent of the clicks convert.

Bottom line is you can only estimate the CPA if you have a hypothesis about both the Avg CPC and the CR.

Best,

Lakatos
