Hey,

It's depend. They Keywords having High impression can effect on that. If you are targeting multiple keyword with one ad. To make relevancy you may do that.

I will suggest to create seprate ads for theme based keyword.

If a keyword exactly matches one of the words in the ad-text, the latter is bolded.
But, this is only related to the "which keyword triggered the ad " and not to the number of impressions.

From

https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704389?hl=en&ref_topic=3119117

"The first line of your ad is the one that customers are most likely to notice. If you really want your headline to stand out, consider including keywords. People are more likely to notice headlines that match what they're searching for."

Also from :

https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2454041

"Keyword insertion allows you to dynamically update your ad text with the keyword that's used to target your ad. Keyword insertion can help make your ads more relevant to potential customers, "

So Impressions do not determine the keywords but keywords in the ad title could increase CTR and a more relevant AD could have a higher Ad Rank and receive more impressions. There is an indirect influence .

A small addition: Using DKI requires  some expertise,

You have no control which keywords would trigger the ad. So, make sure that all keywords for DKI, when used in the headline, result in an ad-copy which  "makes sense" in the language you target. The best way is to use only exact mach KW for DKI.
