You are looking for Ad Schedule. Each individual time interval in an ad schedule may have a bid adjustment.

You can create ad schedules from scratch in Editor using Make Multiple changes and a special syntax:

It's often easier to configure the desired schedule for one campaign in the online interface, sync it to Editor, then duplicate it in other campaigns:

Hello Aliya,

as per my knowledge no. But you can create some time schedule for some campaign. And then apply this schedule in Adwords Editor to other campaigns.

1) select campaign in AE with desired time schedule
2) click on the right mouse button
3) Click on Copy shell
4) select campaigns where you want to add this schedule
5) In campaigns settings -> Time schedule , click on paste

That's it!
