Hello Experts, I want to run my campaign only on Google Partner site like (Ask.com). how this possible? Thanks!

Currently, it is not possible to do this for search campaigns.

Hello David, How are you? you means in search campaign just mark Search Partner box. There is no way to run my ads only on Search Partner. Is this possible in Display Campaign? If yes, then how? Thanks!

I'm well, thanks for asking. Correct. You can certainly enable search partners, but you cannot disable Google search. It is definitely possible for to do so on the Display Network. Ask.com does show banners ads in their search results. You need to add them as a managed placement.  More details about that are here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2471182

You'll most likely want to cross target with some keywords. Demographics and location are also other considerations. Make sure you keep it set to target and bid to accomplish this.
