Question regarding radius targeting

Hello Guy,

 

Suppose, I am targeting Delhi and simultaneously excluding India as well.

I think campaign will stop , am i right ?

Not tried this exactly, but as per my understanding it should.
I think you want to show ads to people you are physically located in Delhi, if yes then you can use the Advanced Location option. Just change the setting to "People in my targeted location only".

If you still want to add rest of India as exclusion, then you can add states which is i think the best possible way. You can do this with help of AdWords editor. Here is the link to the list of all targeting location details which would be required to do the same, you need to download it:- https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting

AdWords system is showing the exclusion conflict.

But in my case it didn't show any exclusion conflict..rather i think campaign got paused.
