Hello everyone,

I know I should increase CTR and I should write more relevant ads to improve quality score in Call-Only Ad Campaigns, but how can I improve Landing Page factor to get better quality score? Should I put many keywords there?

Instead, we urge all advertisers to focus on creating great experiences that deliver what a user is looking for. Our scoring is merely an attempt to measure that—to measure, you might say, user delight"

Hello,

If you are talking about call only campaign, I don't think they require a landing page to target specifically. That's because there's a verification URL which is only required to verify the phone number that you would like the users to call after seeing call only ads.

In general, to follow with Moshe, landing page should speak about the product that you are targeting with real expectations. That's because when the user sees your ad, then tend to click and reach your landing page. So for the best customer experience, you should only say what you actually have on your landing page.

My 2 cents!

In fact I should focus on CTR and Ad Text relevance to get better user experience and to increase Quality Score. In this case Landing Page is for verification purposes only.

Moshe, although your insight and example might be ok for regular ads, it got nothing to do with new call-ad quality score.

It's a "new" thing and adwords people are the least to have any idea-of course this is based on my 8 phone calls and several tickets to tech support regarding this issue.

One thing that i saw was the url in the display and the redirect =should match if possible, then the page to have the same title as the call ads-which will kill your seo.(but will improve your call ads quality score)

So at this point nobody is fully aware on how to improve the quality score/ad rank.

One thing you can do is to pump up the bid.

It sucks that: that are not any related recommendations on how to fix this, only the business intelligence to increase your bids :-(

If you have any new info about how to actually increase the quality score for call ads will be great to share.

This is solely my experience.

Radu,

I have had the same lack of advice from Google Support. And no, this is not about keyword stuffing. If using Google phone call tracking, it makes the phone call on the ad versus the site even muddier... I have QS's of 1 and 2 and can seemingly do nothing to improve. Someone should be able to crack this.

In Call only campaign, Landing Page relavency is not considered. I have optimized everything in the LP. Quality score is still 3/10. CTR, Bid and may be the conversion rate will be the important.

Optimize your campaign by narrow the Keywords and it's match type. Better to try single keyword ad group. Bidding will be higher. But try and let me know
