Placements Automated Rules Problem

Hello everyone!

 

I would like to know if there's any way to work with automated rules for placements.

 

I've been working with automated rules for ads and keywords and I did't have any problem at all but i looks like it's not working with placements.

 

Let's say I want Google to pause every placement with a cost per conversion higher than 1$. 

 I set the rule but every time I check the previous view it says it would pause placements where cost per conversion is not even 0.5$. 

 

I also downloaded the reports to create pivot tables and check if the numbers where right but they are not.

 

what am I doing wrong?

There is no way to set rules that work with automatic placements on the display network.

So on what level you can set rules? I see a great potential if I set rule on placement level as every other day, I receive hits/subs from placements that are way above the goal.

 

P.S: The campaign in on Target CPA.
