Hello,

I am using Phone Only extension for mobile in one of my campaign.

By looking at the report I noticed that user are clicking on headline which is not possible with this extension. Because there is no option to visit website. The only option they have is to call.

Thanks,

Hi Kathleen,

I am sorry for not being clear; Yes it is a question. How is it possible with click to call only phone extension?

Thanks,
Nouman

Nouman,

I've seen this in more standard campaigns (not click to call campaigns) when you don't have the "mobile preferred" tick box checked.

Hi Nouman,

If you want to drive calls to your business (and not clicks to your website), you'll want to create a Call-only Campaign. Ads created in call-only campaigns are fine-tuned to show only on mobile devices that are capable of making calls. Clicks on these ads will only generate calls — they won’t link to a website.
