Hi Jeewan,
Is this an apparrel image?

Your images should be at least:
"We recommend images at least 800 pixels in height and width."

Although that's not enforced right now, it will be soon. What size is your image and what category?

It is actually in YOUR best interest to upload as large an HD image as possible.

That's WAY too low quality. The DPI is 72, it's practically a cartoon.
Do you not have a larger higher quality image?

See here:
https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/3097504?hl=en

"We are moving towards a world with high-resolution displays. Therefore, we are also starting to recommend higher-quality images with at least 800 pixels in height and width to give users a better visual representation of advertised products."
