Resultwise, is it same if I spend 300 in one month & nothing in next 2 months vs 100 per month for three months, on advertising using AdWords

That's a good question! The amount of money you spend in terms of a daily budget wouldn't influence where your ad sat on the search page, but it would mean your ad would potentially be able to show more times during the day.
A steady presence on AdWords tends to work well, as this gives you the opportunity to build up a continuous stream of activity which can boost your performance history. A steady presence on AdWords also allows you to run tests and experiments to see which elements of your campaign are working the best. If you have presence for certain months only, it becomes slightly more difficult to identify trends and gradual changes in user behaviour and the progress of your campaigns.
