Why is my new campaign showing old ad extensions?

They could have been applied at a campaign level, or ad group level.  Ad group level extensions will override campaign level extensions.  One of the two may still be active.

That solved the problem. They were applied at ad group level.

having the same problem.  I deleted all the old ads and ad groups. Those campaigns now say empty. Yet the ads running right now are combinations of old ads that are no longer there...at least where I can find them The ads that are supposed to be running are approved, look fine and are getting clicks. But when I check out where they are showing, it's all jumbled.  help!  thx
